JOHN TAYLOR

Me voici de retour à Houston!!!
J'étais si contente... je ne sais pas pourquoi mais j'adore cette ville...!!!!
 
Nous voici donc, le 6 avril devant Warehouse avec en main mon billet et autour de mon bras "mon wristband"...!!!!
 
Les portes s'ouvrent et nous voilà encore attendant de pouvoir rentrer dans la salle... on attend on attend puis s'ouvrent les portes du Paradis... $)
 
 
Me voilà à la meilleure place (pour moi...) premier rang juste devant le micro de John... 
Pendant notre attente, John twitt qu'ils ne trouvent pas la salle... je rigole intérieurement car la veille avec mon amie, nous avions fait du repérage et nous avions trouvé la porte des artistes...
 
 Encore attendre et puis les voilà sur scène!!! voici les moment le plus excitant pour moi... dès que je les vois entrer sur scène et cherchant le coté par où John fera son apparition...
 
Ils ont l'air d'être en pleine forme... et content d'être sur scène!!! ça fait plaisir à voir ...
 
Ils nous jouent certains de leurs anciens tubes mais aussi leurs nouvelles chansons... je suis aux Anges... j'entends celles que je préfère même si je les aime toutes exceptée une : d'ailleurs sans aucune raison apparente... certainement quelquechose de physique...
 
Le concert est déjà fini... ils viennent saluer... ils sont heureux et nous aussi...
 
A peine le salle de nouveau allumée, ma copine et moi nous nous dirgeons direct vers la sortie des Artistes... nous espérons les voir... nous attendons puis John sort le premier... signant des autographes aux fans  puis part avec sa femme... nous attendons puis voici Roger qui sort à son tour...
 
nous attendons et nous attendons et toujours pas signe de vie de Nick & Simon... les roadies commencent à tout emballer et je dis à ma copine pas possible on les a manqués!!!
Nous décidons de partir et sur le chemin nous rencontrons une fan qui nous dit que Nick & Simon étaient sortis devant!!! :D Pas étonnant que nous les ayons pas vus...
 
Quelques semaines plus tard, lors de la parution des photos de la tournée US sur le site officiel, je m'aperçois que Nick nous a pris en photos... alors un grand merci pour la photo Mr Rhodes!!! c'est un superbe souvenir...
 
 
here I am back in Houston!!!
I was so happy to be back I do not know why but I like this city!!!!
 
Here we are , on April 6th in front of Warehouse with in hand my ticket and around my arm "my wristband"!!!!
 
Doors open and here we are still waiting to be able to go into the room we wait we wait then opens gateway to Heaven $)
 
 
Here I am on the best place (for me) front row in front of John's micro...
During our wait, John twitt that they do not find the venue I laugh inside because the day before with my friend, we had made of the location and we had found thebackdoor...
 
 Still wait and then here they are on stage!!! Here is moment the most exciting for me as soon as I see them make the entry on stage and looking for the highly-rated by which side John will make his appearance...
 
 
They seem to be on form and happy to be on stage!!! That pleases to see...
 
They play us some of their former success but also their new songs I am in heaven I hear those whom I prefer even if I like them quite excepted one: moreover without any visible reason certainly something physical... 
The concert is already finished they come to greet they are happy and us too...
 
My friend and I we go straight to the backdoor hope to see them we are waiting then John comes out the first one signing autographs to the fans then leaves with his wife  we wait then here is Roger who goes out in his turn...
 
We wait and we wait and always not sign of life of Nick and Simon : roadies begins to pack everything and I say to my friend not possible we missed them!!!
 

We decide to leave and on the road we meet one fan who says to us that Nick and Simon had gone out in front of!!! :Dnot surprising that we didn't see them...

 

Some weeks later, during the publication of the pictures of the US tour on the official site, I notice that Nick photographed us then one thank you for the photo Mr Rhodes!!! It is a magnificent memory...
 

 

 
 

 

 

 

 

 


 
 


 
 

Dublin, : le concert inattendu... Nous voici à Dublin malgré quelques soucis de grêves à Paris : très étrange grêve pour le 1er concert et pour le dernier..

Après quelques minutes de marche dans les rues de Dublin et avoir acheté le journal où il y a Duran, nous voici à l'O2 : nous retirons nos billets au guichet... nous n'étions pas au 1er rang mais ou nous étions nous avions un vue d'ensemble parfaite : parfaite pour voir les TAYLOR!!! :)

"Before the rain" toujours aussi bien et quelle bonne idée pour démarrer le concert.. Le groupe toujours en aussi bonne forme... mais si on peut noter quelques faiblesses dans la voix de Simon ATVTK, AYNIN et merci encore à John de rattraper Simon...Puis le temps de twitter où John semble aimer "le mouvement de nos petits doigts"... ;) J'y vois les miens...

Pour Safe, comme toujours, Simon invite Anna pour chanter avec lui et lui dit que la chanson a été faite pour elle...

Moment intense où Simon dédicace "Ordinary World" à Michael Hutchence et à quelques autres morts trop tôt...

Notorious et la salle est en délire...

"White lines" pour mon plus grand plaisir plus ils la jouent et plus je l'adore!!

WIld boys avec la reprise de "RELAX" vraiment génial!!!

Ils nous saluent après GIRLS ON FILM et la salle crie "RIO RIO RIO!!!"

Ils nous saluent et nous disent au revoir une dernière fois... John sen va du mauvais côté... Simon lui montre par où partir et ensuite s'en amusent tous les deux...

Un grand merci DURAN DURAN c'est bien vous les MEILLEURS!!!


Dublin : the unexpected show... Here we are in spite some strikes in Paris : very strange strikes for the first and the last show...

After some walk in the streets of Dublin and to have bought the newspaper where there is Duran, here we are at the O2 : we take our ticket to the boxoffice... we weren't to the front row but where we were from we got a perfect overview : perfect to see the TAYLOR!! :)


"Before the rain" still great to start the show and what a great idea... The band still in good form ... even we can notice some weakness in Simon's voice AVTAK, AYNIN and thank you to John once more to make up for Simon.. then time to twitt where John seems to love "the move of our little fingers" ;) I see some of mine...

For Safe, as always, Simon ask to Anna to come with him and say that the song has been made for her...

Intense moment where Simon dedicated "Ordinary world" for Michael Hutchence and some others people died too soon...

Nororious and the full crowd is crazy..

"White Lines" for my biggest pleasure more they play it and more I adore it!!

Wild boys with the cover of Relax : really brilliant!!!

They hug us and the crowd shout "RIO RIO RIO!!!"

They hug us a last time and wave to us for a last time.. John leave from the wrong side... Simon show him the way and then they are laughing about both....

A big THANK YOU to DURAN DURAN you are really THE BEST!!

Mon voyage de Birmingham à Glasgow n'aura pas été agréable : j'ai eu l'impression d'avoir passé toute ma journée dans le train... mais le plus important était d'être arrivée à Glasgow!!

Je me détends un peu avant de me préparer pour le concert... mais avant je dois aller sur le net car plus de twitter & Facebook sur mon phone...

Donc me voilà au guichet pour retirer ma place de concert... j'achète un t-shirt "SAVE A PRAYER" pour une amie aux Etats-Unis ; ensuite je rencontre quelques fans... nous discutons et puis voilà le temps de rejoindre nos places...

Nous attendons et puis voilà les lumières qui s'éteignent et les voilà qui apparaissent... c'est comme le lever du soleil... ils jouent leurs chansons le public est déchainé à Glasgow et lorsque vient THE REFLEX toute la salle danse... c'est de la folie...

La bonne ambiance se propage au groupe qui sont comme "illuminés" dans une forme éblouissante...

Le concert est fini et bien trop court pour mon opinion...

Je finis à mon hôtel en buvant ma coupe de champagne...

Mais cela ne s'arrête pas là... le lendemain... je suis dans l'avion, pas très bien réveillée, mais tout d'un coup je vois une fille et je me dis je l'ai déjà vue quelque part non ? c'était ANNA ROSS!!! mon dieu elle est avec Simon Wilcroft deux rangs avant moi et quelques rangs encore devant je vois la fille des percussions!!!
alors ça c'était la cerise sur le Gâteau!!! j'ai essayé d'espionner partout dans l'avion si y'avait trace de John... mais non fallait pas rêver... il était trop tôt pour lui pour prendre l'avion...


My trip from Birmingham to Glasgow won't have been good : I had the feeling to spend all the day into the train. But the most important is to be in Glasgow!!

I relax a few before preparing me for the show but before I have to connect on the net because no more twitter and facebook on my phone...

So here I am to the box office to take my ticket I buy a t-shirt "SAVE A PRAYER" for a friend in United States ; then I meet some fans : we are talking and then arrive the time to join our seats...


We are waiting and then the lights go down and they are appearing... it's like the sunrise... they play theirs songs the crowd is excited in Glasgow and when comes THE REFLEX everybody dance... it's craziness!!!

The good atmosphere propagates to the band who are like "shining" in a brilliant form...
The show is over and too short for my opinion.

I end to my hotel drinking a cup of champagne.

But it's not the end : the day after... I am in the plane, not very well woken, but suddenly I see a girl and I tell to myself I already saw this girl no ? it was ANNA ROSS!!! my god she's with Simon Wilcroft two rows before me and some rows before again there was the girl of Percussion!!!! it was the cherry on the cake!!
I tried to spy everywhere on the plane if there's trace of John but no don't let dream!!! it should have been too soon for him to take the plane...

De retour en Angleterre 2 jours plus tard pour voir le groupe jouer dans leur ville natale...
J'ai toujours dit qu'ils étaient magiques à Birmingham...
Avant de me rendre à la réception VIP j'ai rendez-vous avec quelques fans venus des Pays-Bas... nous bavardons un peu puis je ne tarde pas trop... bref me voilà autour de mon poignet ce fameux "wristband"...

Je rencontre quelques fans qui ont la même envie que moi : boire du Champagne... alors nous réunissons nos tickets de boisson pour avoir une bouteille de Champagne : j'étais aux anges!!
Puis ces charmantes filles me quittent pour aller au meet & greet... Moi je me décide à aller dans la salle où je rejoins ma copine qui est déjà là...

Mais vient le moment où je dois aller à ma place et voilà les "wild boys" qui arrivent et commence "Before the rain"... ensuite ils enchainent les chansons et je me dis qu'ils sont encore en meilleure forme qu'à Brighton... John est radieux... et ça fait plaisir à voir...

Après le concert, nos pas nous conduisent à la sortie des Artistes... nous attendons nous attendons dans le froid et qu'est-ce que je sens ? oh non pas encore!!! la pluie!!! pourquoi me suivre comme ça ? j'ouvre mon parapluie puis nous attendons et nous voyons une voiture bouger... nous bougeons aussi et par où les camions se tenaient nous voyons John nous crions mais apparemment il nous entend pas... bref il arrive vers la voiture et me voilà encore avec mon cadeau... je sais je suis tenace... encore plus lorsqu'il s'agit de John...
il rentre directement dans la voiture sans se retourner et me voilà encore avec ce cadeau!!!

Nous attendons et puis il fait vraiment froid... quoique j'ai connu pire avec les Spandau Ballet à Berlin : c'était l'horreur!!! nous avons froid et nous attendons je demande à ma copine si elle tient vraiment à les attendre mais elle me dit qu'elle a quelquechose pour Nick... ensuite Simon & Roger sortent j'essaye de faire une photo mais pas facile...
Nous attendons encore un peu puis Nick sort avec sa fiancée... il signe quelques trucs et ma copine peut lui donner son cadeau : il a l'air très content à ce moment je prends une photo!!! j'aurais pas attendu pour rien au moins...

Bref les voilà partis et nous nous pouvons rentrer à notre hôtel pour un repos bien mérité!!!


Back in England 2 days later to see the band playing in their hometown...
I always said that they were magical in Birmingham...
Before to go to the vip party, I have a meet-up with some fans from Netherlands... we are talking a few and I don't delay... so here I am around my wrist with this famous "wristband"...

I meet some fans who got the same envy than me : drink some champagne... so we gather our drink tickets to get a bottle of Champagne : I was in heaven!!!
Then these lovely girls are leaving me to go to the meet and greet... I decide to go to the room to join my friend who was already here...

But comes the moment when I have to return to my seat and here are the "wild boys" who arrive and start "Before the rain".... then they played non-stop songs and I tell to myself that they are in good form better than in Brighton... John is shining... and it's a pleasure to see...

After the show, our steps bring us to the back door we are waiting we are waiting but what am I feeling ? still the rain!! why to follow me like that ? I open my umbrella we are waiting and we are seeing a car moving... we are moving too and where the trucks were standing from we are seeing John we are shouting but apparently he doesn't hear us... He arrives near the car and here I am with my gift...I know I am persistant more when it's about John he goes straight inside the car without a look behind and here I am with this gift again!!!

We are waiting then it's really cold!!! although I knew worse with Spandau Ballet in Berlin...it was awful!!! we are cold and we are waiting I ask to my friend if she really wants to wait for them and she answers me that she's got something for Nick... then SImon & Roger go out I try to make pictures but not easy...
We are waiting a few and then Nick and his girlfriend go out he signs some stuffs and my friend can give to him her gift : he seems happy and at this moment I take a picture!! I woudn't have waited for anything at least...

So  they are leaving and we can go to our hotel for a well deserved rest!!!
