Houston, April 6th, 2011

Me voici de retour à Houston!!!
J'étais si contente... je ne sais pas pourquoi mais j'adore cette ville...!!!!

Nous voici donc, le 6 avril devant Warehouse avec en main mon billet et autour de mon bras "mon wristband"...!!!!

Les portes s'ouvrent et nous voilà encore attendant de pouvoir rentrer dans la salle... on attend on attend puis s'ouvrent les portes du Paradis... $)

Me voilà à la meilleure place (pour moi...) premier rang juste devant le micro de John...
Pendant notre attente, John twitt qu'ils ne trouvent pas la salle... je rigole intérieurement car la veille avec mon amie, nous avions fait du repérage et nous avions trouvé la porte des artistes...

Encore attendre et puis les voilà sur scène!!! voici les moment le plus excitant pour moi... dès que je les vois entrer sur scène et cherchant le coté par où John fera son apparition...

Ils ont l'air d'être en pleine forme... et content d'être sur scène!!! ça fait plaisir à voir ...

Ils nous jouent certains de leurs anciens tubes mais aussi leurs nouvelles chansons... je suis aux Anges... j'entends celles que je préfère même si je les aime toutes exceptée une : d'ailleurs sans aucune raison apparente... certainement quelquechose de physique...

Le concert est déjà fini... ils viennent saluer... ils sont heureux et nous aussi...

A peine le salle de nouveau allumée, ma copine et moi nous nous dirgeons direct vers la sortie des Artistes... nous espérons les voir... nous attendons puis John sort le premier... signant des autographes aux fans puis part avec sa femme... nous attendons puis voici Roger qui sort à son tour...

nous attendons et nous attendons et toujours pas signe de vie de Nick & Simon... les roadies commencent à tout emballer et je dis à ma copine pas possible on les a manqués!!!
Nous décidons de partir et sur le chemin nous rencontrons une fan qui nous dit que Nick & Simon étaient sortis devant!!! :D Pas étonnant que nous les ayons pas vus...

Quelques semaines plus tard, lors de la parution des photos de la tournée US sur le site officiel, je m'aperçois que Nick nous a pris en photos... alors un grand merci pour la photo Mr Rhodes!!! c'est un superbe souvenir...

here I am back in Houston!!!
I was so happy to be back I do not know why but I like this city!!!!

Here we are , on April 6th in front of Warehouse with in hand my ticket and around my arm "my wristband"!!!!

Doors open and here we are still waiting to be able to go into the room we wait we wait then opens gateway to Heaven $)

Here I am on the best place (for me) front row in front of John's micro...
During our wait, John twitt that they do not find the venue I laugh inside because the day before with my friend, we had made of the location and we had found thebackdoor...

Still wait and then here they are on stage!!! Here is moment the most exciting for me as soon as I see them make the entry on stage and looking for the highly-rated by which side John will make his appearance...

They seem to be on form and happy to be on stage!!! That pleases to see...

They play us some of their former success but also their new songs I am in heaven I hear those whom I prefer even if I like them quite excepted one: moreover without any visible reason certainly something physical...
The concert is already finished they come to greet they are happy and us too...

My friend and I we go straight to the backdoor hope to see them we are waiting then John comes out the first one signing autographs to the fans then leaves with his wife we wait then here is Roger who goes out in his turn...

We wait and we wait and always not sign of life of Nick and Simon : roadies begins to pack everything and I say to my friend not possible we missed them!!!

We decide to leave and on the road we meet one fan who says to us that Nick and Simon had gone out in front of!!! :Dnot surprising that we didn't see them...

Some weeks later, during the publication of the pictures of the US tour on the official site, I notice that Nick photographed us then one thank you for the photo Mr Rhodes!!! It is a magnificent memory...

Duran Duran in Buenos Aires from May 3rd to May 6th

I beat my record to see a show of Duran Duran : 6 895 miles
I thought that the negative side of this trip was to have lost my camera : with every pictures taken before Duran Duran here and Duran Duran at the airport :( but I couldn't know which nightmare I'm going to live to leave Argentina : open my bags and take a look to take me for I don't know what to bring me in a room apart to make a kind of scanner ?!!!

But I prefer to think to these wonderful emotional days that I lived... it was the good moment to meet my friends : it was a pleasant time with them and it wouldn't have been the same without them...

Here we are at the airport waiting for Duran : my god Girl Panic is back!!
Simon appears who signs some stuffs... then here's John ... once more I'm standing on the wrong side!! we are running and here we are in front of John : it's hard to see him but my friend can reach him I try to make some pictures after to have heard him saying "It's Nat she come so far" my friend will tell me later that he asked me "what are you doing here ?"
Then we are running the exit doors and I succeed to see Roger and ask him for a picture and yes!!! sorry I think my picture of Roger should have been great but we would never know it... We catch a taxi and go straight to the hotel : many people are waiting there it would be almost impossible to get whatever...

2nd day : here we are at the hotel waiting for the band... we are waiting... in the afternoon we see going out Dom, Anna & Simon (LE FAKE!!) most of the fans run to them ; me I stay in my lookout but nothing... then seeing the hour pass we are telling each other it was time to go if we didn't want to be very far from stage...
Here we are at Luna Park where many people are still waiting... my friend meets one of her friend who asks to wait with her : a BIG THANK YOU!!! I find the way to buy 2 t-shirt while queuing!!
We entry and here we are John's side second row :)

The show begins and they play "Before the rain" always this strange sensation that I'm feeling I can't say... difficult to discribe... The guys are in a brilliant shape and it's a pleasure to see I even see Nick roaring!!
They play "SAVE A PRAYER" oh my god it's so good to hear it again I'm happy... and then comes "WHITE LINES" my song with John... I know why I tell that... as a secret code...

We go out from the show totally wet : I didn't to make a show of Duran Duran was like to run a Marathon!! lol

3rd Day : moving because today we are celebrating the birthday one of my friends : 40 years old and we booked a room at the hotel : we'll get even a cake with a candle and a bottle of Champagne... ;)
We decide to have lunch near the swimming-pool : we don't stay a long time because the weather change quickly...
We have to go out and when we are back Nick is outside : I take my picture of Houston and my pen which writes in white but doesn't seem to write so he takes another one and signs my picture to the back but keep my pen : it's ok because it's Nick ;)
We are going to the room to dress for the show ; we are drinking a cup of champagne to leave before the show...

We are walking slowly to go to our entry when we see a van arriving : Simon & Dom are out I didn't even take care that we were at the backdoor!! we decide to wait for John because I got a little bag to give him.. we are waiting a few and we saw a car arriving and John go out... I give him his gift and we got a short chat both... I'm in heaven!! excited I'm excited!! tonight seating show 1rst row John's side...
The show begins and I jump I said I was excited my god at one moment I calm down it was no more my age all this!! :D
They changed their set-list : Blame The Machine, the Leopard and Careless but White Lines has been removed..
the show pass too fast and we are back to the hotel where Duran seems to be already arrived because we see Nick...

We decide to go eating and at the end of the meal we see Nick talking with the girls beside us but we have no opportunity to be able to speak to him...

4th Day : we are waking up a little late after to have celebrated friend's birthday : we dress and my friends are going to take their breakfast : me I'm not hungry... we decide to wait for Duran the first to arrive is John...my god and if we are going to wait for them to the Airport ? it will be great no ? A few moments John appears and we got our pictures... I'm in heaven!! thank you girlies...then arrive Roger & Nick and Simon who tells yes but outside..
We catch a taxi as fast as we can to reach the airport...
Just after us, the band arrive and I get another sign from Nick... I run fast inside the airport because I let John leaving... but I can see him passing the Securtiy and I'll stay here the nose againt the glass until I see him disappear...

I spent a wonderful moment with John... oops with Duran Duran and my friends!!

Next stop : CARCASSONNE unless...

Duran Duran à Buenos Aires du 3 mai au 6 mai

J'ai battu mon record pour un concert de Duran Duran.. : 11 097 kms...
Je pensais que le côté négatif de ce voyage était d'avoir perdu mon appareil photo : avec toutes mes photos prises avant l'arrivée des Duran et l'arrivée des Duran à l'aéroport... :( mais je ne pouvais pas savoir quel cauchemar j'allais vivre pour quitter l'Argentine : fouiller mes affaires me prendre pour je ne sais quoi et m'emmener dans une pièce à part pour me faire passer un genre de scanner ?!!!

Mais je préfère penser à ces jours émotionnels internses que j'ai vécus ...
C'était l'occasion pour rencontrer mes amis : ce fust un agréable moment passé avec elles et sans elles ça n'aurait pas été la même chose...

Nous voici donc à l'aéroport attendant les Duran : mon dieu Girl Panic est de retour!!
Voici qu'apparait Simon qui signe quelques autographes, et puis voici John ... une fois de plus je me tiens du mauvais côté!! Nous courons et nous voici devant John : j'ai du mal à le voir mais mon amie arrive à l'atteindre j'essaye de faire quelques photos... après l'avoir entendu dire "It's Nat she comes so far"... mon amie me dira plus tard qu'il m'a demandé "what are you doing here ? "
Puis nous courons vers les portes de sortie et j'arrive à voir Roger et lui demande si je peux faire une photo oui!!! Désolée je pense que ma photo de Roger aurait dû être super mais nous ne le saurons jamais!!
Nous attrapons un taxi et nous allons direct à l'hotel... Beaucoup de monde attende le groupe ce sera pratiquement imposible d'avoir quoi que ce soit...

2e Jour : Nous voici à l'hôtel attendant le groupe... nous attendons... dans l'après-midi nous voyons sortir Dom, Anna & Simon (le FAUX!!) La plupart des fans courent vers eux ; moi je reste à mon poste d'observation mais rien et puis voyant l'heure nous nous disons qu'il est temps d'y aller si nous ne voulons pas être trop loin..
Nous voici à Luna Park où déjà pas mal de monde attendent... mon amie rencontre une amie à elle qui lui propose qu'on attende avec elle : UN GRAND MERCI!!! Je trouve le moyen d'acheter 2 t-shirts..faisant la queue!!!
Nous entrons et nous voici côté John 2e rang!!! :)

Le concert commence et ils entamment "before the rain" toujours cette étrange sensation que je ressens je peux pas dire... difficile à décrire... Les gars sont dans une forme éblouissante et ça fait plaisir à voir... Je vois même Nick rire aux éclats!!
Ils entament SAVE A PRAYER oh mon dieu ça fait tellement du bien de la réentendre à nouveau... je suis contente...puis vient "WHITE LINES" ma chanson avec John... je sais pourquoi je dis ça... c'est comme un code secret...

Nous sortons du concert complètement trempée.. je ne savais pas que faire un concert des Duran revenait à faire un marathon!! lol

3e Jour : Déménagement car aujourdh'ui nous fêtons l'anniversaire de l'une de mes amies : 40 ans et nous avons réservé une chambre à l'hôtel : nous aurons même un gateau avec une bougie et une bouteile de champagne... ;)

Nous décidons d'aller manger près de la piscine ; mais nous n'y restons pas longtemps car le temps change rapidement...
Nous avons à sortir et à notre retour Nick est là : je sors ma photo de Houston et mon stylo qui écrit blanc mais ne semble pas écrire.. alors il en prend un autre et me signe la photo au dos... il garde mon stylo c'est bien parce que c'est Nick!! ;)
Nous montons à notre chambre pour nous habiller pour le concert ; nous buvons une coupe de champagne avant de partir pour le concert...

Nous marchons tranquillement à notre entrée quand nous voyons un van arriver : Simon & Dom en sortent : je n'avais même pas réalisé qu'on se trouvait juste devant l'entrée des artistes!! Nous décidons d'attendre John car j'ai un petit sac à lui donner... nous attendons un peu puis arrive une voiture et John en sort... je lui donne son cadeau puis nous bref chat ensemble... je suis AUX ANGES!!! Excitée je suis excitée!!! ce soir concert assis 1er rang coté John...
Le concert commence et je saute j'aidit que j'étais exictée... mondieu au bout d'un moment je me calme... ce n'est plus de mon âge tout ça!!! :D
Ils ont changé leur set-list : il ya Blame The Machine, le Leopard et Careless mais white lines a été enlevée...
Le concert passe trop vite et nous rentrons à l'hôtel où les Durans semblent être déjà arrivés puisque nous apercevons Nick..

Nous décidons d'aller manger et à la fin du repas nous voyons Nick parler aux filles de la table d'à coté mais nous n'avons pas l'opportunité de pouvoir lui parler...

4e Jour : nous nous réveillons un peu tard après avoir fêter l'anniversaire de notre Amie : nous nous habillons mes ames vont prendre le petit déjeuner : moi je n'ai pas faim..nous décidons d'attendre les Duran Le premier à arrivver c'est John... Mon Dieu et si nous allions attendre le groupe à l'aéroport ? ce serait mieux non ? queques innstants après John apparait et nous avons notre photo... mon dieu je suis aux Anges!! merci les filles... arrivent eensuite Roger & Nick... puis Simon qui nous dit oui pour la photo mais dehors...
Nous attrapons un taxi aussi vite que possible pour se rendre à l'aéroport...
Juste après nous le groupe arrive j'obtiens un autre autographe de Nick... je cours vite dans l'aéroport car j'ai laissé filer John... mais je réussis à le voir passer au controle et je resterais là le nez collé à la vitre jusqu'à ce que je le voie disparaitre...

J'ai passé un merveilleux moment avec John Oops je veux dire Duran Duran et mes amies!!

Prochain Arrêt : CARCASSONNE... à moins que...

Duran Duran in Dubaï, March 8th 2012

Franchement qu'est-ce que je fais dans cet avion ? ça devient vraiment de l'obsession... enfin bonne occasion pour comencer à lire le livre d'Andy avant que celui de John sorte...

Arrivée vers 1 h du matin à Dubaï,je me couche rapidement et je mets le réveil pour prendre mon petit déjeuner à l'hôtel...
Mais je suis tellement fatiguée que je décide de retourner me reposer un peu avant de m'habiller pour me rendre au concert... mais je me rendors et finis par me réveiller aux alentours de 13 h "Merde"!!! je voulais y être pour 14 h ben c'est râté!!!

Je fais vite et je décide de prendre un taxi mais pas mon jour de Chance le chauffeur semblait ne pas connaitre le stade!! j'hallucine... comme si ici personne ne connaissait le Stade de France... Girl Panic fait son apparition..

Bref; des gens très gentils à l'hotel me trouve l'adresse et me voici en route pour le Stade...
Le temps est magnifique et je pense que ce sera les seules choses que je verrais de Dubaï... pas le temps de visiter... :(

Je retire mon billet au guichet no 717 wouah le 7 c'est mon chiffre!!!
et je vois mon amie qui était déjà là elle me fait signe... et je la rejoins... nous attendons tranquillement...

Les portes ouvrent à 18 h on me prend mon billet et on me remet en échange un bracelet!! mais moi je voulais garder mon billet!!!! enfin je cours comme une folle jusqu'à la place ideale et je pense que je vais mourrir j'avais tellement couru qu'il m'était difficile de respirer : 1er rang à peu près au micro de John : je dis à peu près car la dernière fois y'a la caméra qui m'a gêné.

Ils nous passent que des chansons des 80's : vraiment top!!! si c'est un choix du groupe vraiment bravo...

Je regarde ma montre... je suis impatiente de les voir arriver sur scène... mais faudra patienter jusqu'à 21 h à peu près...

Une fille nous fait un petit speech disant qu'elle venait de rencontrer le groupe et que son préféré était Roger... "mauvaisTaylor" ai-je pensé lol!!!

AYNIN symphonic est entamé et là je me dis que c'est comme un rituel cette musique comme lorsque l'on va à la Messe tous les Dimanches...
Le groupe arrive sur scène et la joie m'envahit... suis tellement contente de les voir...
Ils jouent leur chansons habituelles... Simon est radieux et très souriant ça fait plaisir à voir...
Plus tard, quand je ferais une video de John, alors que Simon est devant il me semble qu'il bouge pour me laisser filmer n'est-ce pas gentil ?

Arrive "WHITE LINES" et John me donne un de ces sourires dont lui seul a le secret...

Concert court car concert coupé mais superbe concert!!!

Nous attendons à la fin et je me dis que je demanderais bien la set-list... Je veux celle de JOHN!!!!!
Nous attendons nous attendons mais je me fais à l'idée que je ne l'aurais pas et puis l'un des gars vient et nous tend la set-list de John!!! je l'ai prise comme si c'était une relique!!! :D

Honestly what I'm doing in this plane ? it becomes obsession.. so good opportunity to start reading the book of Andy before the John's one should be out...

Arrived at 1 am in Dubaï, I go in bed quickly and make ringing the alarm-clock to take my breakfast at the hotel...
I'm so tired that I decide to take some rest before to dress me to go to the show... but I fall asleep again and wake up around 13h!!! "shit!!" I wanted to be at the venue for 14h!!!! it's missed!!!

I do fast and decide to take a taxi but not my day of luck the driver seems not to know the location of the Stadium!!! I'm hallucinating like if here nobody knew the Stade of France!! Girl Panic appears

Nice people from the hotel find the adress of the Stadium and here I am on the road for the Stadium...
The weather is great and I think these are the only things I will see from Dubaï : not time to visit :(

I take my ticket at the box-office n°717 wouah 7 is my number!!
and I see my friend who is waving to me... I join her and we are waiting quietly

The doors open at 18 h and they take me my ticket and give me a wristband against but I wanted to keep my ticket!!! then I run like a crazy until the best place and I think I gonna die I ran so fast that it's hard to breath : front row almost in front of John's micro I say that because last time there was the camera has bothered me.

They played only songs from the 80's : so great!!! if it's a choice of the band really congrats!!

I look at the hour I'm really forward to see them on stage but we'll have to wait until around 21 h...

A girl makes us a speech saying she just met the band and his fav is Roger "wrong TAYLOR" I thought lol!!!

AYNIN symphonic starts and I think to myself it's like a ritual this song like when you go to the mass every Sunday...
The band arrive on stage and I feel joy inside of me.. so happy to see them..
They play their usual songs Simon is radiant and smiling a pleasure to see...
Later, when I decide to make a video of John, Simon being in front of him it seems to me that he moves to let me make my film... isn't it nice ?

Comes "WHITE LINES" and John gives me one of these smiles which he has the secret...

Short show cause Cut show but brilliant show!!!

We are waiting after and I tell to myself that I'd like to get the setlist... I want the one of JOHN!!!!
We are waiting we are wating and I think that I won't get it when a guy comes to us and gives us the set-list of John!!! I took it and consider it like a relic :D

Duran Duran in Brussels, January,29th 2012

Retour sur les routes en ce début d'année 2012 : premier concert de l'année avec une grêve de plus à supporter : je pense que j'aurais fait toutes les grêves pour la tournée des DURAN!!! enfin seul compte le concert enfin presque je ne savais pas ce qu'il m'attendait le lendemain...
Mais revenons au concert : nous attendons dans le froid et je commence à ne plus sentir mes pieds ... c'est inhumain de faire des concerts de ce temps... enfin les portes du Paradis s'ouvrent nous recevons notre Saint "wristband" puis je cours dans la salle où je me retrouve à la meilleure place qui puisse être : 1er rang devant le micro de John...

Nous avons du mal à nous réchauffer : d'ailleurs je me sentirais bien que durant les concert .
Les lumières s'éteignent et voici le AYNIN symphonique ... c'est toujours le moment le plus stressant car de quel côté vais-je voir apparaître John ?

Ils enchainent leurs chansons : c'est un plaisir le froid et l'attente le valaient bien!!
"WHITE LINES" live est vraiment génail!! c'est de la Dynamite!! ah ah et puis disons que maintenant cette chanson sera spéciale pour moi puisque c'est là que John m'a donné son merveilleux sourire...

Le groupe sort de scène et toute la salle entame le "ohohohoh"... hymne pour le foot je crois ? la salle était chaude!!!!

Vraiment superbe concert et mon cadeau de la fin que je conserve dans une superbe boite :)

Back on the road for this beginning of year 2012 : first show of the year with one more stike to stand : I think I'd make every strikes for the Duran's show!!! so only the show counts almost I did not know that it waited me for the next day
But back to the show : we are wating into the cold and I start not to feel anymore my feet it's inhuman to make shows by this weather... then the doors of Paradise open and we receive our Saint "Wristband" and then I run into the venue where I stand at the best place it can be : front row in front of John's micro...

We have difficulty in warming ourselves : Moreover I would feel good that during concert.
The lights go down and there is AYNIN symphonic... it's the most stressing moment because which side am I going to see appear John from ?

They play songs : it's a pleasure the cold and the expectation were well worth it!!
"WHITE LINES" is really brilliant!! it's dynamite!! ah ah and let' say now this song will be so special for me because it's there that John gave me his wonderful smile...

The band go out from stage and all the audience start the "ohohohoh"... hymn for the foot I believe ? the audience was hot!!!!

Really magnificent concert and my present of the end which I preserve in a beautiful box :)

Duran Duran in Dublin, December 20th

Dublin, : le concert inattendu... Nous voici à Dublin malgré quelques soucis de grêves à Paris : très étrange grêve pour le 1er concert et pour le dernier..

Après quelques minutes de marche dans les rues de Dublin et avoir acheté le journal où il y a Duran, nous voici à l'O2 : nous retirons nos billets au guichet... nous n'étions pas au 1er rang mais ou nous étions nous avions un vue d'ensemble parfaite : parfaite pour voir les TAYLOR!!! :)

"Before the rain" toujours aussi bien et quelle bonne idée pour démarrer le concert.. Le groupe toujours en aussi bonne forme... mais si on peut noter quelques faiblesses dans la voix de Simon ATVTK, AYNIN et merci encore à John de rattraper Simon...Puis le temps de twitter où John semble aimer "le mouvement de nos petits doigts"... ;) J'y vois les miens...

Pour Safe, comme toujours, Simon invite Anna pour chanter avec lui et lui dit que la chanson a été faite pour elle...

Moment intense où Simon dédicace "Ordinary World" à Michael Hutchence et à quelques autres morts trop tôt...

Notorious et la salle est en délire...

"White lines" pour mon plus grand plaisir plus ils la jouent et plus je l'adore!!

WIld boys avec la reprise de "RELAX" vraiment génial!!!

Ils nous saluent après GIRLS ON FILM et la salle crie "RIO RIO RIO!!!"

Ils nous saluent et nous disent au revoir une dernière fois... John sen va du mauvais côté... Simon lui montre par où partir et ensuite s'en amusent tous les deux...

Un grand merci DURAN DURAN c'est bien vous les MEILLEURS!!!

Dublin : the unexpected show... Here we are in spite some strikes in Paris : very strange strikes for the first and the last show...

After some walk in the streets of Dublin and to have bought the newspaper where there is Duran, here we are at the O2 : we take our ticket to the boxoffice... we weren't to the front row but where we were from we got a perfect overview : perfect to see the TAYLOR!! :)

"Before the rain" still great to start the show and what a great idea... The band still in good form ... even we can notice some weakness in Simon's voice AVTAK, AYNIN and thank you to John once more to make up for Simon.. then time to twitt where John seems to love "the move of our little fingers" ;) I see some of mine...

For Safe, as always, Simon ask to Anna to come with him and say that the song has been made for her...

Intense moment where Simon dedicated "Ordinary world" for Michael Hutchence and some others people died too soon...

Nororious and the full crowd is crazy..

"White Lines" for my biggest pleasure more they play it and more I adore it!!

Wild boys with the cover of Relax : really brilliant!!!

They hug us and the crowd shout "RIO RIO RIO!!!"

They hug us a last time and wave to us for a last time.. John leave from the wrong side... Simon show him the way and then they are laughing about both....

A big THANK YOU to DURAN DURAN you are really THE BEST!!
